How $BOOMER works
- $BOOMER launches on Stockereum, an Ethereum launchpad. Its Uniswap v4 pool isn't paired with ETH. It's paired with SPYon, Ondo's tokenized version of the ETF that tracks the S&P 500.
- Every trade pays a fixed 2% fee, taken in SPYon. 1% goes to the platform and the other 1% is split among holders, based on how much $BOOMER each one holds at that moment.
- The result: as long as there's volume, your meme bag pays you in Grandpa's favorite index. Claim your SPYon whenever you want, or wait for someone to trigger the batch payout.
- For the first 20 seconds the fee starts at 99% and decays to 2%. Bots buying in the first block pick up the tab.

What is SPYon?
It's an Ondo Finance token that gives economic exposure to the SPY ETF, which tracks the S&P 500. It isn't the share itself and carries no shareholder rights. Ondo doesn't offer it to residents of the US, the UK or the European Economic Area, so check whether you can use it where you live.
Where do the rewards come from?
Only from trading fees. If nobody buys or sells, there are no rewards. There's no treasury, no staking and no guaranteed yield.
Can the team touch the contract?
No. Stockereum tokens have no owner, mint function, pause switch or proxy, and liquidity is locked forever at launch. Verify the contract on Etherscan before you buy.
Why a grandpa?
Because he was right about the index, came out at 66, and never lets us forget either.
Who is Harold?
Grandpa's husband. Retired dentist, 36 handicap, holds more $BOOMER than Grandpa and won't tell him how much. Click "Harold" in the menu bar if you need him.
